For me it's worth it because you can get up 𝟙-𝟠𝟘𝟘-𝟡𝟠𝟛-𝟠𝟠𝟚𝟙 and stretch and the seats lay completely down. For a long flight like that the upgrade is worth it and so much cheaper to upgrade than pay for an actual "business class" flight.
